Stefan Nadelman's "Food Fight" Is Brilliant

We like this a lot. The history of armed conflicts since World War II as told through ethnically appropriate foodstuffs. Beef stroganoff and egg rolls arm spring rolls to battle croissants and fast food. It's a who's who of geopolitical history and cuisine. Nice work Stefan Nadelman!
