What's better than a Turducken for overeating on the holidays? A Turducken on more steroids than every major league baseball player combined, a.k.a. The True Love Roast. This ultimate behemoth of celebratory gluttony is made up of a staggering 48 separate birds of 12 different varieties. It feeds 125 people, costs £665 (about $1350), weighs in at a whopping 25kg (about 55lbs), and takes about 10 hours to cook. The True Love Bird was created by British farmer Anne Petch who wanted to fabricate a dish with one bird for each of the 12 days of Christmas. If nothing goes a fowl, Petch hopes to build a 21 bird roast next year.
